This past week poor Bennett and I were stuck in the house sick as dogs. Little B had a fever, cough, cold and double ear infection (for about 9 days) and I caught it from him. Bennett was such a trooper through all of it that we wanted to take him someplace fun when he felt better. So today we took him to the SF Zoo to see the new baby gorilla. Bennett seems to love ALL animals. We got the biggest reaction out of the animals that he could see close up. It's so neat to show him the animals that we read about daily.

We carried him around a lot of the time. I don't think I've put B down much in the past 2 weeks. I couldn't spoil him enough while he was under the weather.

Looks like you had a great time at the zoo. B is such a doll - he's getting so big and seems to have changed so much since we saw him in April. (And is he already walking with help?!?! WOW!) We can't wait to see you all in a couple of weeks.
