He Did It!

We've been working with B all week and he finally rolled over from back to tummy twice this morning! I was quite surprised considering the long night we had. Bennett slept through the night every night this week except for last night. After his 2:30AM feeding he decided to have a little party in his crib. He was laughing, kicking, and cooing until 4AM. I almost took a video of it b/c it was so cute. How could we get mad about not sleeping after hearing those adorable sounds? I finally got him up and we both slept in the guest room so Justin could get some sleep. Looks like we might have a little partier on our hands. :)

Daddy and Mini Me

I've heard from five different people this week about how much Bennett looks like his Daddy. Justin came home for lunch today so I thought I'd snap a photo of him and his little mini me. How cute are they?

What a Fun Week

Bennett and I have had quite a busy week with appointments, lunch dates, play dates and more! I think it's been just as much fun for me as it has been for him to get out of the house and break up our normal routine. I haven't been good about taking pictures this week, but here are a few.

Play date with our friend Ashley (she is 4). Her brother Bryce (who is 2) was down for a nap. She loooooves Bennett and volunteered to babysit him when she's old enough. Sounds good to me!

We went out to dinner with our friends Julie, Ryan, Andrea and Alex. Here Bennett is meeting Riley (she is 12 weeks old) for the first time.

Rolling Over for the First Time

Bennett rolled over for the first time today on his OWN (usually I have to help him over a little bit). Check out how proud of himself he is at the end of the video. :)

Happy Birthday Kyle!

Happy Birthday to my favorite little brother who turns the big 3-0 today. We're so excited to celebrate with him in sunny Mexico. He is a great brother, wonderful father, and Bennett's favorite uncle. :)

Big Tuna

Justin is going to KILL me for putting this picture on here, but I had to share.  The second day in Cabo Kyle and Justin had a little too much fun by the pool during happy hour.  Needless to say, they were ready to continue their good times during dinner with the fam.  Justin has since been nicknamed Big Tuna b/c he offered Katie a bite of his yellow fish tuna about 10 times (no joke) in between his sips of margarita.  Big tuna was hurtin' yesterday!

Yeah We Arrived in Cabo!

        7AM and ready to go.  Luckily we had the whole row to ourselves.
        Our angel slept for 2.5 hours during the 3 hour flight!
